A question:

Today I tried 3 times to make a FF booking.

The first time the QF online system shut down and locked me out.

The second time, the QF agent failed to confirm my booking so it evaporated.

The third time was successful but the previous fails wouldn't have been discovered if I hadn't realised no booking had been made.

THEN: Qantas incorrectly charged my credit card 10 times for a total of nearly $7,500. They say their system inadvertently "blocked" those funds and that they'd be released soon..

My question is:

How should I react to this?

Should I demand some form of compensation?

If so what?

All advice will be greatly appreciated.

Right now I am absolutely livid about this pathetic performance.

Yes, Qantas incorrectly charged my card ten (10) times today..! Taking over $7,500
