Can complimentary single-visit Qantas Club/Qantas Business lounge invitations be redeemed at the Emirates Business Class lounge at DXB? It is a QF ticket and flight number.

No I don't believe so. Those invitations are only valid in Qantas operated lounges.

read the back of it...and whatever it states, is what is allowed for that invitation...your ticket/flight number is irrelevant
