I can't see Qantas keeping its Narita lounge for long. Surely cheaper just to close it down and pay JAL for QF passengers to use JAL's lounge. Qantas needs to ditch its lounges at Asian destinations where it has very few flights like Tokyo and Bangkok, and focus its efforts on upgrading Auckland and arguably Brisbane International.

Agree Mal - maintain the flagship Asian lounges in HK and SIN and outsource the rest - then for gods sake upgrade AKL and BNE

The NRT lounge is open most of the day from 0830 until the QF flight boards in the evening.
A number of other airlines use it. As long as other airlines are paying QF to use it, I don't see them getting rid of it.
