I am travelling SYD-SIN-CDG on SQ tin but on a VA codeshare and travelling on a flexi ticket.

I am travelling SYD-SIN-CDG on SQ tin but on a VA codeshare and travelling on a flexi ticket. With SQ the fair is upgradable however as its a VA flight number im having trouble arranging the upgrade. I call VA and they say call SQ, SQ say i have to call VA.... Has anyone tried and succeeded with this?

Not sure which FF scheme your a member of... but Can't upgrade SQ flight on a VA codeshare using Kris miles.

Also can't upgrade using VA points flying SQ... unless there's been a change I dont know about?

Best is to call VA again and expain the situation. They should be able to assist as its a VA flight number.
