What a simple and perfect solution. Yes I totally agree QF F seats MUST have 2 oxygen masks. They have 2 seatbelts. And if a visitor is in the booster seat when seatbelt sign goes off they are required to stay there. Same as J lounge. Wherever there is a seat belt I would bet $ there will be a mask. Heck they have masks in the toilets.
