Options in F to Munich to allow reasonable QFF SC's, on OW carriers?
I'm flying to munich next year and wish to accrue enough SC's to make P ( I'm on 660 at the moment). Will I have to fly QF ? EK to achieve this or is their an option with another OW carrier as I would be keen to experience F in BA or CX but would really like to make sure I hit P? My last tri to Europe in F on EK / QF netted me 920 SC's. What SC's do I get if I fly with another OW carrier with a QF flight number and a QF ticket?

I had a look in Sep ticketing with AA all up AUD 13,500 in J:
Only problem is that the the QF flights are AA codes meaning lower points accrual but SC remains the same.

If price wasn't an issue and I needed 740 SC (1,400 - 660) or more I would do the following in J:
Alternatively for something a little more direct:

If going straight, your only real option is QF or QF codeshare on EK, unless you want to get half SCs.
If flying QF codeshare on other OW metal you will generally get QF SCs - just you won't find many options on the Kangaroo route, CX generally don't codeshare with QF, BA dropped theirs after EK deal.
The Calculator on the Qantas website is now pretty good for these things

Depending when you leave you might catch JL operating F to SYD over summer. If so, it's possible to route:
SYD-NRT with JL for 90SC
NRT-HKG with CX for 120SC
HKG-LHR with BA or CX for 120SC
LHR-MUC with BA for 40SC (though you're stuck in Club Europe for this leg)
Then return via the same for a total of 740SC.
You can replace the LHR-MUC leg with LHR-MAD-MUC on IB in J - at least they still have 34" pitch compared to BA's 31". And you'll earn 120SC.

I didn't think anyone dropping 14k on a plane ticket would care much about Status Credits!

1-2 F flights per year for work ( tax deductible) several more with family for pleasure usually on points. Nice to access the F lounge for these when flying in J!
I probably spend less than most P FF in a year, it just happens to be on 1 or 2 trips!

OW earning for SC has dropped quite a lot since Jul 14.
Because EK's trip via DXB carries the QF code, you can still collect quite a good rate flying F on EK with a QF code, but if you go with BA via SIN, the earn rate for SC is lower.
You can play around with the QF FF points earn and QF SC earn at the QF website.
If BA was to be able to carry the QF code, then I would agree, flying F with BA via SIN would be viable to amass a lot of QF SC.

LHR to MUN though with BA is QF SC 60 in F, as BA has a F on that route, while AB only has a J for 40 QF SC.
So on the LHR to MUN leg, go BA both ways.
SYD to LHR with BA earns 210 QF SC per one way, ie, 420 return. Via SIN.
SYD to LHR with EK earns 420 QF SC per one way, ie, 840 return. Via DXB.
