Does anyone know of any Star Alliance airlines that would be likely to status match QF Gold?

Does anyone know of any Star Alliance airlines that would be likely to status match QF Gold?

Turkish Airlines will match you QF Gold Status but they will only give you *A Silver Status for Gold on *A you will need QF Plat

Air New Zealand will match QF Gold for NZ Gold but you will need to prove that you fly across the tasman or on similar Air NZ routes a lot and booked at least one flight with them

The same goes for Air Canada who will status match but you need to have booked at least one flight with them

Statusmatcher.com is a good place to check who s attaching whom - not only airlines and hotels too

Have tried Turkish a couple of times, once with QFF Gold & once Etihad Gold...they advised no match unless Platinum...

Thanks all, I was under the same impresssion re Turkish, ie that you had to be QF platinum. Will give it a go anyway.
