I used Dallas last month. Used http://www.supershuttle.com/Locations/DallasDFW to go into town and it was very easy and quick.
On the way back I asked around for somebody with an Uber account and they gave me their 'sign up' code which gave me a $20 credit and them. The trip back to the airport cost me $11 after the $20 discount. This was as a first time Uber user. Well worth it.
