Admirals Club 30 Day Membership
All, I have a trip back to Australia coming up and was thinking about purchasing the 30 day AA Admiral club membership. The AA website is not overly clear on guesting rules when using Qantas Club.
Can I bring my wife in with me if she is travelling on the same flight, or is it only for actual AA operated Lounges (Like LHR?).

Also, if I do purchase it, will I run into problems using my QFF no. on my tickets? Dont particulaly feel like crediting miles to AA at present.
Thanks.

The rules around access to Qantas lounges using Admirals membership may have changed sometime this year. Guest are generally allowed but I'm not sure if access to Qantas lounges are allowed anymore for Admirals club members flying on QF services that are not AA coded. But do let us know of your experience!

TRB,
This is exactly why I asked the question, as it has chopped and changed a bit this year. I note that the Admirals club website currently states that admission to QC is allowed if on a QF ticket or AA ticket on QF flight, which I think changed post the announcement of closer AA/QF ties. But, I dont want to waste $99 to find wifey can't come in.
I am still debating just getting QC membership through my professional Institute, but $660 is still alot more that $198 if I did 2x AA 30 day trials and if I did a full 24 visits, $30 a visit is still not cheap. I suppose the up shot of QC, is access in DXB during the tech stop.

AA Admirals Club membership was a great idea. The lounge leaves a touch to be desired, but the free beers and comfy couchs with not a great crowd make it well worth it. Now to see how it goes in Sydney in the morning.

Thanks for the update LondonAussie. So you had no issues accessing the lounges with the Admirals Club passes? Could you please advise which lounge you visited?
