At the moment this BNE-SYD flight is operated using a A330-200 with the old config (at least this is what ExpertFlyer returns when I look up the seat map).

It's certainly possible that you'll get lucky and they'll swap in an A330 with the new config, but they could also downgrade the flight to a 738 (which commonly occurs for these short east coast hops).

If the layout is a 1-2-1 it is a refurbished plane but if it is in a 2-2-2 layout you won't be on a refurbished plane. 

Sign up for a free trial to expert flyer and put the flight number and dates in and that should tell you.
