Opinions on Mileage Broker firms? Are they any good, do airlines reject you if they find out you are using mileage broker points?

Ive heard they work. but if you get caught they could cancel your account.

It is against the T&Cs of most programs, so you are at risk.
Booking a flight for one 'friend'/cousin probably OK, doing it repeatedly and you are likely to get caught out
