Most likely not, unless Qantas springs something on us no.
They are upgrading all their A330's at the moment and once that is completed I would say they would upgrade their 737's.
Then upgrade the A380's, so probably in around 2-3 years

Qantas is also currently refitting its Boeing 737s – no need to wait until the A330s are done.

Given the increased competition for business products on routes to the states, I wouldn't rule out an incarnation of the new business product gracing the A380 inside the next 12-18 months. Maybe a modest refurb as the economy product is around the mark for competitors on the route and the first product is probably the best.
The oldest of the 747s will be the first to go when the dreamliners arrive.

Think I've previously said I would expect the A380s to be upgraded alongside the introduction of the 787-8s.
Then you will have a the 380s/787-8s with a consistent longhaul product.
Wouldn't expect the last 6 747-400ERs to get an upgrade - instead hopefully some 777Xs

OQA is 7 years old. The oldest 330s are 13. How old were the 747s when they first got a major refresh?
I would not expect a refreash to the 380 cabins until after the confirmed 787s have arrived and are able to bump newer 747s onto 380 routes in order to cover such a refreash. Say, 2019.
