Don't want to stay in a hotel that's seen better days or is in a noisy location

Holiday Inn on Hay, near the Cathedral.
Or Rydges.
Bit of a walk from where the 40/36 drops off tho,...
... or you could try the Parmelia Hilton by the river. Closer to the bus 40/36 bus stop. The Parmelia is not that expensive, its not as $$$ as the ones on the eastern states.

Sorry, thought it was bus # 36 and 40, but its #37 and 40 that pass between PER and the Perth CBD.

Bugger, didn't realise that Rydges Perth now closed.
Have stayed there in the past.
