I currently have a CBA Diamond CC, which we use to accrue QF FF miles. One of our biggest 'spends' is paying the ATO their quarterly installments.
CBA have just advised us that ATO spend will not be eligible for Awards points from November.
So, I'm now in the market for a new CC provider. Any recommendations?

I think CBA are the last to allow this. Their is a story on this site if you search.

Another option is to pay your accountant with your cc who then transfers to ato.

The days of getting points for ATO payments on cards are over, as they should be

What a well thoughtout, factually backed answer. Of course, it should be over.......

Don't really need to, the fact almost all banks have dumped this speaks for itself really.

Still doesn't qualify your comment. Banks have stopped it, but you said 'as they should be' - that comment is not backed up with any factual reasoning
Why should it be over, because people are using a loop hole to earn miles at large rates? Are the banks losing out? Is the ATO losing out? Is Joe Bloggs public losing out?
