I just have a couple of questions regarding ticketing on Status Runs.

I would like to do a run of 4 flights in one day on AA with it all booked under multiple destinations and paid for on the one ticket.

Will I get all my tickets in one hit at my first check in point?

or

If that does not happen will I have to see the AA staff member at the next flights gate?

or

Do I have to do all the check in, security process all over again?

Could try Gate/Service Desks or Admirals Club (if you have status)

No - Think almost all US airports are single level/ mixed - ie landing and departing passengers mix airside, so no need to clear security for each leg.
