I flew then a few months ago, found they were very good for a budget airline. new aircraft, free cabin baggage provided drinks/snacks, friendly crew and a decent in flight entertainment system. the check in was also super quick. they are notorious for having delays though, so probably wouldnt reccommend them if you are on a tight scheduel

Yeah very good in all fairness to them all they need is a slight on time performance improvment and there a sure fire thing for me!

Service ratings are generally quite good and fleet is generally modern. They are connected to Lionair of Indonesia whose safety record has been questionable.

I flew twice with them in August - SIN/KUL and KUL/DMK (Bangkok). No delays, fares charged very reasonable and included 20kg baggage and a snack plus no additional fees for credit card payment. They provide much more "honest" value than Air Asia and Jetstar with all their over-priced add ons. The price I paid for the 2 flights was significantly below Air Asia for the same time and date.

Heaps of legroom. Overall far superior to Air Asia and Scoot, so should do well on the PER services.
