While I've never bought or sold a Qantas Club complimentary invitation on eBay, I've given them to friends who've used them without problems. You're usually required to surrender them upon entry into the lounge.
I think the normal buyer-beware rules of eBay apply in this instance.

Not personally, but my wife has sold a qantas club pass on Ebay without problems. These one use passes are transferrable, and don't contain any identifier of the person who earnt it, so there's not a problem for you to use it if you've purchased it from Ebay.

Earlier this year, AusBT published an article about people selling Qantas First Lounge passes (not Qantas Club) on eBay and the First Lounge has more strict rules about entry. By looking at the above replies, I think you'll be pretty safe. I wonder how much you would sell them for?

Yes, bought a first class pass and gave to my daughter who used it saying, "I don't know what it cost, but it was worth it".
They seem to be getting more and more pricey - $120 or so now.

I paid $75 for a Qantas First Lounge pass on Ebay last year. Used it to get into the Melbourne lounge mid-December, no issues at all.
