EK lounge, an EK lounge only.
Since you're travelling on EK metal, your OW status carries no weight.
Your entry to the EK lounge is on the basis of your QF Gold Status, which EK has recognised based on its reciprocal arrangements with QF.
This reciprocal arrangement does not extend to other OW carriers. i.e. If you are BA Silver (OW Sapphire) flying the route you're taking in Y, you will not have access to lounges at AMS. You will only get access to a lounge in DXB, if your onward flights to Australia is on QF2 or QF10, where it is marketed as QF2 or QF10.

From memory, a couple of years ago when I flew this route, EK utilise a pretty ordinary 3rd party lounge at AMS (a quick google search suggests it is the 'Aspire' lounge). It stands out in my memory since I recall having to pay about 20 euro to use the shower in the lounge (despite flying EK business class and being QF platinum).
