Qantas uses the A gates at the international terminal. You can use the British Airways First Lounge or the Cathay Pacific First and Business Class Lounge in this terminal.
There are JAL and CX lounges at SFO. The CX lounge is being renovated/upgraded soon.
That said, QF and CX hate each other so I doubt QF will actively direct passengers to the CX lounge. However, after the renovation it will probably be the best international lounge at SFO, and Oneworld lounge access rules would make it a possibility.

QF and CX hate for each other, does not necessarily mean anything. CX use QF lounges in most of Oz and they do co-own the LAX J lounge.
