Direct booked or agent booked - if agent booked you will need to contact your travel agent.

The systems will not let you book something below the Minimum Connecting Time, and if on the same ticket/PNR you will be protected if you miss it.

Unlikely they will make changes unless there is fare availability in the same bucket.

And depending on the fare class you're currently booked into, making a voluntary change to your flight may incur change fees. Changes made through the call centre also incur service fees.

Booked through Qantas coming from HGK-BNE-SYD. Booked in Classic reward.

The answer will intially be yes, but at a cost possibly $300 per passenger depending on fare type. If you are travelling f or j persevere with them, eventually you will fall on a helpful qantas agent who may change for free ( it took me 5 phone calls last year on an F fare connecting to a domestic y)

Why bother? If you miss the domestic flight they'll automatically move you to the next one.
