QF SFO Lounge access. I will be travelling SFO to SYD in late December. Just wondering if qantas has announced lounge arrangements in San Francisco as yet?
The AA lounge in T2 is nice for working or relaxing, not much in terms of food or drink. If you are after a good breakfast, just further down from the AA lounge, there is a great cafe on your right called Lar Creek Grill.
Just got this from Qantas through their Facebook page:
Hi Nicholas, eligible customers will use the KLM/Air France Lounge. This facility has WiFi, local and international newspapers, a business centre, refreshments and selection of cold meals. Thanks, Liv

Not yet as far as I know.
But there is a BA & CX lounge that Business and First pax can use.
Qantas Club don't have anything in international yet.
There is the AA lounge if you are in the Domestic T4.
