Has anyone Else had issues with Emirates Customer Service ,they refused to look into my complaint regarding their centre as no ticket was bought and also their online feedbak does not take any complaints unless there is a ticket number.

Emirates complaints/customer service (not aircraft staff) aren't known for their customer friendly approach. They make other airlines look good sometimes.

What are you complaining about?
Just walk away...they're not worth it.

I complained once, it took months for an emailed reply, and the problem was not even addressed. Do what I do now, make a scene there and then, don't wait to get off the flight and try sending emails etc, spilt milk.

Agree with the approach... but I would avoid flying them again. Can't stand companies who always have terrible customer recovery.
But in this case, the OP hasn't booked a ticket yet. So no chance to make a scene.

That's my point. There is nothing invested? Why complain?
Feedback given can only be received effectively when it is receptive. By design, Emirates is indicating that it is not receptive to feedback. So if they don't wish to change, there is nothing we can do to get them to change.
Ergo, walk away and avoid custom.

If you really must let them have it, perhaps visit one of their sales offices :)

However there are better airlines out there, especially if you're flying Y.
