Singapore Lounge access
Evening all,
I am flying with Singapore tomorrow (27/12), ex Mel via Sin to Nagoya. I am Velocity Gold (SG), however I have lost my card and the replacement did not arrive in time. Will I have issues accessing the lounge in MEL and SIA, and priority boarding/check-in? At the time I booked the flight (June) I was not SG, but have been SG since September, will it show on their system? I also have Android so cannot download the new Virgin Apple app.
Appreciate any advice, and apologies if this question has been already answered. I skimmed the first 10 pages but did not see anything.
Cheers!

You shouldn't have any trouble if your Velocity number was/is recorded against your reservation with Singapore Airlines. Go to the 'manage reservation' page on the airline's website and enter the six-character reservation reference or the ticket # plus your name and you should be able to add your Velocity details. Alternatively give your Velocity number upon check-in at Melbourne Airport. Your status will then be recorded on your boarding passes, which will provide access to lounges etc.

If you download the new VIrgin Australia app and you know your VFF # and password that you sign in with, the app will show a digital copy of your VFF membership card.
