Does fare bucket 'I' on Qantas business both domestic and international accrue FF points and status credits?

Does fare bucket 'I' on Qantas business both domestic and international accrue FF points and status credits? I ask because one of my employers is sponsored by Qantas so I have had quite a few flights already this year accrue zero points and SC due to the sponsored flights. My upcoming flights though are in the I (i) fare bucket. Thanks

Two different issues here. Don't mix them up. 

Issue 1: Sponsored flights tend not to me mileage/points/SC accruable, as they are not a revenue ticket. The booking inventory i.e. I fare bucket has no bearing on this.

Issue 2: I fare bucket or inventory is normally mileage accruable if it is a revenue booking. So long as your flight was purchased outright and not an industry discount, staff travel or any other types of booking that makes it not a revenue booking, you'll earn points and SC.
