At the moment, no. Qantas have only indicated Sydney and Melbourne to Dubai flights. The BNE-SIN route will most likely remain unchanged.

BNE PER ADL passengers are not likely at least initially to see QF fly those legs into DXB, you will codeshare on the EK flights already in place and then connect onto your next flight which will be another EK aircraft, unless you are connecting onto LON - and your EK flight meets the schedule of the QF flights to LHR.
You will be flying EK but earning QF frequent flyer points, unless you choose to fly to SYD or MEL to take the QF aircraft but that adds a lot of travelling time especially if you are not heading to LHR
