At the moment QF has refurbed 7/10 330-300s and 9/18 330-200s, with probably a couple more of each finished by April.
As they have the next best J product, suspect EBG/EBL might be last to be refurbed (purely a guess), however in the meantime QF might begin rotating other 330-200s onto the route.
They will all be complete in the latter part of the year (likely around August by my reckoning)

Whoops my previous comment is blank... fail.
As an educated guess, SYD-HNL will probably be the last flight to be upgraded to refurbished A330's. This was the last international leg to be served by a Qantas B767. It also probably isn't regarded as strategically important as other A330 legs. It is primarily a leisure flight compared to the Asian A330 legs which are capable of attracting more corporate accounts.
Enjoy your trip regardless!

Out of curiousity, how does one get the aircraft registrations for their potential routes like Ant8 has? :)

Not worth paying for the old business class , I made the mistake on the AKL-PER route and was very average - the worst catering I've ever had flying business
