To the best of my knowledge there is no way to transfer points between these two loyalty programs.
You can purchase Skywards miles and/or Qantas points though it is rather costly and there is a limit of how many you can buy.
You can also buy SPG points and transfer - 20,000 Starwood points costs normally USD700 and becomes 25,000 miles/points. It takes few days for the transfer to be finalized.
