Best credit cards for earning Virgin Australia Velocity points?

With the changes to the Virgin Money reward value going to 0.6 of a point per $ spent. What credit cards offer 1pt for $1 for Velocity Rewards?

Velocity Platinum Amex generally gives you between 1 and 3 points per dollar.  And 50k signup bonus at the moment. 

The Virgin Money High Flyer and Citibank Prestige will both be 1 Velocity Point per dollar from March 18 onwards, with the High Flyer card starting to earn 3 points per dollar for spend with Virgin.

Cards issued by anyone other than American Express, Citi (and those who have their cards issued by Citi like Bank of Queensland, Virgin Money and Suncorp) or ANZ will be subject to changes in their earn rates thanks to the RBA's unjustifiable changes to Interchange Rates.
