Which seat is the new lie flat? Is it the new business suite?

2x2x2 with the row 3/4 split means SkyBed Is - VH-EBG or VH-EBL.
Refurb aircraft will be 1x2x1

No. The A330-200s that were fitted out for long haul international have Skybed1, which is an angled flat bed. A380s are Skybed2 which is flat and horizontal.
