The airlines do have these available for passengers:

QF offer this service to their F passengers. If private companies offer it I would assume, like everything else in Sydney, that it would be extremely expensive.

There maybe a possibilty that some credit card companies eg Visa Platinum  maybe able to offer a meet and greet service for a fee at certain airports, perhaps you could check with your credit card providor.
