If I book a Classic "Business" reward from Qantas on JQ58 (DPS-BNE), is this considered Business or Business Max?

If I book a Classic "Business" reward from Qantas on JQ58 (DPS-BNE), is this considered Business or Business Max? Want to know whether lounge access is included. Cheers

Assuming its just Business if booking through Qantas wbsite

Normally you get the carrier's conditions, so it would be Business Max.  The Jetstar website has a lounge access information page that says you get access to the JAS lounge at DPS as a Business Max pax.

Last time I had a reward business booking via Qantas on Jq it was not considered a business max fare as such I was rejected at the lounge for Jetstar at the airport 

It does depend on your QFF status.

Why? The OP's question relates to lounge access on travel class. 

I have booked Qantas business (Star Class in JQ terminology) MEL-BKK by points via Qantas website a while ago. Generally speaking it is not the greatest value and better just buy that ticket then book it by points, but I need Qantas ticket to be able to check through baggage to final destination. So they admitted me in business lounge in Melbourne, but said this “this is in good will and it is exception”. So my best guess that they do not have a clue by themselves. Insist that you have Qantas business ticket and be polite. Good Luck.

Oh, it was not "max" ticket.
