Have any of you used/found the APEC lane at Toronto Pearson?

Have any of you used/found the APEC lane at Toronto Pearson?

I've flown into a few Canadian airports (YVR, YUL) where there are APEC lanes, but the lane at YYZ (if there is one) continues to elude me.

As per the page I've linked to below, I would've expected there to be one. Has anyone had any luck finding an APEC lane at YYZ?

And yes, I have asked staff there... mentioning the acronym APEC is a sure way to induce confusion.

I don't have first hand experience visiting any Canadian airports, although on my travels when there is an absence of a dedicated APEC lane, I have stood in the 'Diplomat' lane and have not had any issues.
