I've booked 4 QFF Classic Awards (back in Jan 16) for family from MEL to LHR (on the direct QF9/QF10) flights leaving 3rd week Dec 16 back 1st week Jan 17.

I've booked 4 QFF Classic Awards (back in Jan 16) for family from MEL to LHR (on the direct QF9/QF10) flights leaving 3rd week Dec 16 back 1st week Jan 17.... I'm Gold FF (was Platinum for 4 years) and want to re-book the outward back by 1 week ... I've looked almost every day and there is nothing from 7 dec to 21st... this week a CX flight was avail but we would prefer QF all the way. I've called the QFF help line a few times... Any suggestions on how to access a QFF flight from Mel before we leave (other than checking the site every day for 8 months / calling)?. Have also looked from Syd... cheers
