Is it possible to remove phantom bookings from the Qantas online frequent flyer account portal?
Whenever I shift, cancel or even miss a flight, I later usually discover a residual "dead" booking shown on my frequent flyer management centre. This sometimes also happens after taking a codeshare flight.
I do realise these entries are just leftover ghosts in the Amadeus system, and will expire and disappear after a while... but it can be a confusing addition to the "clutter" when I have a lot of flight, hotel and car bookings to juggle via Qantas.
Has anyone had any luck removing these items themselves? It's something I've hoped Qantas would fix on their end for a while, or at least give us the option to self-manage.

By way of example, here (below) are two totally null-and-void dead bookings, which have just made an appearance since flying last week... They display whether I'm on the mobile web version, or the full desktop site. They don't appear when I check the Qantas app.
These are future-dated quite some time away, and will continue to clutter the Your Bookings system until they expire. It's an annoyance, insofar as it makes my reservations list harder to organise when they're intermittently punctuated with random dead confirmations... and it's also caused me the occasional mild heart attack, when I've thought I've made a mistake with a booking date.
I can't be the only person experiencing this??

I've had it a few times over the years...they eventually drop off. I had some partner classic awards that sat for some time, as well as cancelled flights. It is frustrating though...

Seems to me like it's a software bug waiting to be fixed

Happens with BA-operated flights as well if you add them to QF MMB. It's a bug.
