Earlier in the year, I booked a flight with Qantas in response to the promotion. The booking is fully compliant with the terms and conditions of the promotion, however, the airline has made a change to the booking. Therefore my question is the following: if the airline makes a change to the booking, does the booking remain fully compliant for the purposes of the promotion. I am aware that any changes to the booking, be it the date or the flights themselves, render the booking non-compliant, however, I assume this relates to changes made by the passenger and not the airline. Therefore since it is not I who has made the change in this instance, but rather the airline itself, I assume that I should be okay and still receive the double status credits. What are other people’s thoughts and/or experiences pertaining to this predicament? Many thanks.
I presume from your Post that that you have yet to take your flight, if that is the case just wait till after the flight and if the double status credits dont appear after a reasonable period of time [ mine were posted within a week of my flights] then contact QF an complain. If you dont get any joy from QF Frequent Flyer then contact customer care
I had to do that after i made a purchase on the QF online store and it eventually got sorted and i ended up with extra points

I make a booking during this promotion, and then I made a change to the flight time. I still got the double status credits. So I think you'll be fine.
