Your question isn't very clear, but I assume that you want to know when you'll receive your QF FF points. You receive them within a day or two after your flight, it it was a QF operated flight. If it was a OneWorld airline, then it takes a few days to a week or more.
Rather than the date of booking or flying, the points are based on the airline that operates the flight, the cabin class that you paid for, and to a lesser extent your QF FF status.
Does that answer your question?

It's not Craig's fault. The Q&A is still not working properly. Craig, could you ask the question again please?

My answer to the question the way I have inferred it (might be completely useless though):
Points are based on and awarded according to the date of travel. So they won't be awarded on the date you make the booking - since you could then go and cancel the booking.
If you travel very close to your memebrship anniversary, the points (kind of irrelevant) and more relevantly the status credits are required to count towards the old/existing year and not the new year, even if they are awarded/credited after the tick over of membership years.
