My personal prefrence would be SQ , but there's Air India via New Delhi which had a pretty competitive price for J last time I checked (if you don't mind the food and some hurdles when you arrive).
SQ allows you to earn Velocity points, plus lounge access if you are Gold or Platinum status. Plus their service levels and transit options at SIN Airport speak for themselves.

Thai Airways has connection with 1 hour in BKK. Singapore Airlines has 1h 15 min stop in SIN. And plenty of other choices.

Are you OW, Star Alliance or VA/EY aligned?
Personally I'd go CX or SQ.

As an aside, car traffic to Bangalore airport and its distance from the city centre mean you need to give yourself plenty of time to get there.
The lounge (shared by all) is terrible, little selection of food and rather basic despite it being a relatively new terminal.
Most important though you need a hard copy, i.e. paper print out, of your ticket to get past security when departing.
I would go with Singapore Airlines.
