Anyone else had issues with access to their Rydges reward account and loss of points. I lost equivelant of 7 free nights a while ago when the system changed and apparently I didn't action quick enough, now they send me an email telling me my points are now zero and doesn't recognise my login, I don't stay there a lot but my last booking would only be 6 months ago.
My status and points were all transferred over fine when the changes were implemented. No issues on my end.
1 free night is 150 points and you earn 10 points for every night. If you lost 7 free nights, thats 1050 points (so you've stayed over 100 times?) If that's the case then I'd definitely follow up with Priority Guest Rewards as that seems very strange?
I don't know why the account would be zero if you had stayed there 6 months ago. As for the points, if you have steady activity in your account, the points will expire three years after you earn them, so that may have accounted for some of the loss.
Also, if there is no activity in your account at all, everything expires after 18 months - but if you had activity 6 months ago, this should not have happened.
Thanks, Yes it was a little over 1000 points lost the first time, " product expiry" against all these losses on the balance, when I enquired they said I hadn't changed to GHA so they were all withdrawn, I have no idea why the latest lot are gone, anyway one of those groups that seem to be a problem for me so I will just stay somewhere else, plenty of choices out there.

As with frequent flyer schemes... the best point, is the one you use.
