I'm flying on QF51 and JL36 in a few weeks and then onwards to London on BA, all in J. I know BA doesn't hand out pyjamas but was wondering whether I can assume QF will (as its a day flight), and whether JL does on the overnight flight to Tokyo?
Hi Nick, no PJs in business class on Qantas daytime flights (it never hurts to ask though). JAL usually hands these out on overnight flights in business class, but it's just a cardigan, no pants (and when I last flew JAL they were simply too small - I'm relatively thin and asked for the biggest size they had, and even then it was like a child's jacket), so for this one it might be best to pack your own. :)

Many thanks for any info that anyone has.
