KLM I've flown with many times. They're no frills but lots of Dutch efficiency and you get nice collectable Delft houses filled with gin. Having said that, food is not a strong point. I've flown with them because their safety and maintenance protocols and procedures are among the best of European carriers.

does Af fly a 333? I thought they had 332's and 773's?
Flown the new 773 J product which was excellent and I can highly recommend

check the seatmap of your flight. AF is about to reconfigure a few A330s in reverse herringbone business class, so you might get one of those for your flight.
Good thing about Delta is that you get a safe guarantee of a reverse herringbone business class seat, but it doesn't look as well-finished as the Air France business class seat. But then those don't roll out until end of 2017, so unless you're flying then, pick Delta.
KLM has an awesome soft product but in terms of hard product if you really have to step over your neighbour no matter what (unless you get the 787, but based on the choices you don't).
