I am scheduled to fly British Airways F from EWR to LHR (in the 789) where I will have a 5 hour transit before flying in BA Club Europe to FRA. Will I have access to the Concorde Room as I have read that under the Oneworld rules, the longer flight (if a multi flight journey) is the deciding factor.
You will definately be allowed into the Concorde Room.
All passengers who fly into LHR with BA off a long haul flight have access, even if your onward BA flight is in economy. (e.g. UK Domestic) Just show your First Class boearding card.
Couldn't agree more with TRB's description of BA's web site and the outsourcing of Executive Club. The left doesn"t know what the right's doing!
I've never had a problem with the Concorde Room "gate keepers" regarding access on every occassion I've flown BA First into LHR.
You'll enjoy the Dreamliner in First,I flew KUL-LHR in it recently. The best seats are 2A or 2K if travelling alone.

Can anyone please verify if this is correct?

The BA website is rubbish with explanation of rules. But we are all very lucky to have Flyertalk as the unofficial BAEC companion guide!
It is simply hilarious that BA has outsourced the policies and procedures for the executive club to a third party.
But to your point, yes should be able to access the CCR. Have your EWR/LHR BP handy. Visit the Flyertalk page to corroborate with other sources.
Google "access to CCR in transit after first class flight ba" and select the relevant Flyertalk results.

And make sure to use the shortcut to the Concorde Room -- ie. you don't need to go down to the main level like you do for the Business/ First lounges
