I suspect (but I'm not positive) that they contract out to the Qantas Lounge. I believe the only other lounge is the Virgin lounge. They're both on the domestic side through, so you won't have access once you pass through passport control.

Hi Adelaidemike -- I gave the airport a ring and they confirmed it's the Qantas Club.
