Has QF arranged lounge access at POM prior to QF58 POM/BNE?
If QF has made lounge provisions at POM, why hasn't the QF website been updated?
If lounge provisions have not been made for POM , why is there conjecture on the Australian Frequent Flyer site that eligible members may use the Air Niugini lounge?
I have a colleague who is a Qantas Club member. She travels to POM a couple of times a year (in Y) and tells me that they let her into the Air Niugini lounge when she shows her QC card. This has been the case for some years. They also let her bring a guest (who is travelling on the same flight).
The website has never admitted to it, but indeed for years I have always been granted access (QF Gold) prior to this or either of the other QF services. You shouldn't have any trouble, but occasionally it's been handy to have the physical QFF card with you, as your boarding pass may, or may not correctly list your status (it is POM after all).

Same goes for Sapphire or Emerald?
I'm fairly certain not... just QF.
Apologies for not giving your question more thorough consideration.
