Can anyone assist with the definition of journey/itinerary with regard to Eithad's J class chauffeurs.

Can anyone assist with the definition of journey/itinerary with regard to Eithad's J class chauffeurs. When I booked back in February the system let me book 4 transfers, 2 to/from MEL and 1 arrival at LHR and 1 departure in DUB. However the t&cs now say for non Etihad Guests only 2 transfers are permitted per journey, in one section of the website and then 2 per itinerary further down the same page! I am reluctant to call Etihad in case they take 2 away but at the same time I don't want to be caught out if the third doesn't materialise. Or did the rules changed after I made the booking and therefore don't apply?
