Westpac Altitude Black lounge access with Priority Pass

This card supposed to have Priority Pass membership and 2 passes per year, but when I checking the Westpac page that indicates complimentary lounge access, there's a link shown "Apply" and shown Priority Pass website, which indicates you have to buy membership. 

Anyone who knows how to redeem Priority Pass through Altitude Rewards? (Altitude Qantas gives 2 Qantas Club pass instead)

I have the same Altitude Black and it automatically comes with it unless you choose the Altitude Qantas card. You just need to show your card at the lounge entry. As it has an AMEX card as well as the MasterCard, you can gain entry to any AMEX lounge - the one in Sydney airport T1 is small but quite good

You mean, just show your Altitude Black to lounge dragon and you are in? Unlike Priority Pass Select from credit cards in US, which you have to apply though website.

Can you still enrol with PP with the Altitude Qantas card?
