Hi does anyone know if the Sydney/Christchurch emirates first class flight provide shower/spa service or is it too short a flight?

Yes you can have a shower.

All part of a First Class A380 flight.

The only 2 routes don't provide shower is Dubai-Doha and Kuwait.
