Any news on the joint Etihad/Virgin Oz International Lounge at Sydney Airport. Last info on here was June? Am travelling May 2013 and was wondering if it would be up and running?

I'd also love to know - AusBT team - do you have any inside scoop on the location or date it will be ready? 

We really don't — despite me quizzing Etihad's people when I was in Abu Dhabi last month, they're keeping schtum on the details.

I know they wanted direct lounge-to-plane boarding but couldn't make it work.

And in terms of location, I'd bet actual money on it being near the rest of the Not Qantas lounge complex past Duty Free Maze Number Two at the far end of the terminal.

Yea I read that in the news a while back and I think they are going ahead with the plans, as far as I know.
