Hi All,

Long time reader, first time poster.

I'm flying Melbourne to Barcelona in September (with a stopover in Singapore). The flight from Melbourne to Singapore is with Singapore Airlines but coded as a LH flight.

My question is ; do I still accumulate Velocity points/SC from the Singapore Airlines flight ?

With my flight from Singapore through to Barcelona, I will convert those points earnt from my krisflyer to Velocity which is handy.

Thanks :)

If you're on a LH flight number, I would imagine you're on a LH ticket number as well (beginning with 220).  If this is the case, you would not earn any points or credits with Virgin Australia.  You could sign up to Kris Flyer, apply your SQ membership to the LH ticket and then use the SQ/VA partnership to transfer your Kris Flyer points across to Velocity.

Thanks very much for the prompt response. I have signed up for an SQ membership for transfer purposes. The flight is LH9775 . Lets wait and see!
