Due to fly PER-LHR via DOH this week. Have noticed what may be some changes to flights departing Aus this weekend with what appears to be a one hour earlier departure from PER on the 10th/11th. No communication from the airline at this stage but wondering if anyone has experienced any change in service, delays, missed connections when travelling to Europe via Doha as a result of the recent political issues.

I don't have any flights planned with Qatar but I've been watching their flights for the past week on FlightRadar24.
All the flights to Europe and the US are going via Iran and Turkey, but that is what most of them were doing before the sanctions came into play. If you look at FlightRadar24, many flights to Europe and the US by Etihad and Emirates also follow the same route as Qatar over Iran and Turkey. It isn't really having any significant effect on those flights at the moment. However, I'm sure if wind currents change then Qatar won't have the option of going over Saudi and Egypt and I guess would have to waste some serious time fighting some head winds.
What is noticeable are flights to Africa which need to fly over Oman first before turning back towards Africa.

Back in Aus after a relatively uneventful trip. Only change was an alteration to the transit time in both journeys due to earlier departures of second leg flights. Less time in the lounge but not a huge inconvenience. For all intents and purposes it was business as usual.
