Problem logging in to Velocity after Virgin's upgrade
I have been trying to log in to Velocity this morning after Virgin's successfuly upgrade to Sabre however I am getting the following message:
A system error occurred. Please contact the Velocity Contact Centre on 131 875.
I will call them later today but I am curious if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.

Ditto. Life goes on - just call them. However when making a booking you can log on during the process and your points and status are taken into account.

Appears to be the whole system this morning, I get the following error when trying to book a flight. I might wait for the dust to settle.
The system was unable to process your request. Additionally there was a problem displaying an error page.

There are going to be intermitent issues throughout this week. It should take a full week to bed down. They will advise everyone once it is fully operational.
I used to work in IT software implementations and I have been impressed how few complaints they have had on their facebook page as that is usually the first place people go to vent. You can't keep everyone happy, people like to complain for complainings sake, however it appears that they have managed it exceptionally well thus far.

Login works fine now, some other issue with differnt functinality like checking existing booking. As StuParr said I believe there will be a few more issues this week but the changover happend pretty smoothly from whatn can be heard and read.
